Ceflar UV provides instruments designed for measure the important parameters of the curing process.
-UV PowerMap: advanced measurement system that measure and store UV energy, UV irradiance, and temperature information derived from their optics and thermocouple probes in UV curing processes. Simultaneously measures all 4 UV spectral regions (UV-A, UV-B, UV-C, and UV-V).
-UV MapPlus: advanced measurement system that measure and store UV energy, UV irradiance, and temperature information derived from their optics and thermocouple probes in UV curing processes. Measures the peak power density and total energy density for any 1 spectral region.
-UVICURE PLUS II: Single channel integrating radiometer which measures total UV energy density and peak UV irradiance. Specify bandwidth (UVA, UVB, UVC or UVV). Includes Communications Package to download data to a computer for statistical analysis and data logging which includes software CD, Instruction Sheet and Cable. Also available for LED monitoring – 380-410nm
-UV POWER PUCK II: Incorporates four separate spectral response ranges and measures all four simultaneously. Used in curing applications of inks, adhesives, soldermasks, and epoxies (not for use in web press applications). Display scrolls through UV dosage in Joules/cm2 and peak UV intensity in Watts/cm2 of all four separate UV spectral response ranges. Measures lamp performance (and possible bandwidth shift for doped lamps). Compares the efficiencies of different UV curing systems
-UV POWER PUCK FLASH: for the measurement of pulsed UV light in the range of 100-120 pulses per second, this radiometer provides accurate and repeatable measurements in a compact, user-friendly design.
-MICROCURE: is very versatile because of its small size, automatic operation, and ability to withstand harsh environments. Its compact size allows for easy attachment to 3-D objects to profile the energy in those hard to reach areas of complex shapes.
-DATAREADER: portable reader to display UV energy density and intensity readings accumulated by the MicroCure radiometer.
-SPOTCURE: Self-contained instrument designed to measure the intensity emitted by a spotcuring system. Complete with carrying case and three light guide adapter (5mm, 7mm, and 10mm). Specify bandwidth.
-PALM Probe: Portable Ambient Light Measurement System that can measure and display Watts/Joules/Seconds in applications where measurement space is limited. Specify bandwidth (280-320nm, 320-390nm, or 395- 445nm).
-MULTIBRITE: 4-channel UV monitoring system (requires purchase of sensors). Supplied with 4-20mA and 0-10V output.
-DIN RAIL: Single channel UV monitoring system incorporating DIN rail convenience. No display; requires shared display capability. Readout is displayed as a percentage of 100% original output. Requires purchase of Compact Sensor. One DIN Rail system requires one DIN Rail Monitor and one Compact Sensor.
-ONLINE UV INTENSITY DISPLAY: Single channel UV monitoring system which includes front display. Readout is displayed as a percentage of 100% original output. Alarm functions and 0-10V output. Requires purchase of Compact Sensor. One online UV Intensity Display Module system requires one Online UV Intensity Display Module and one Compact Sensor.
-COMPACT SENSOR: Small sealed sensor package with optional port for air/nitrogen purge to keep sensor clean. Compact Sensor connects to any of our display options. Specify bandwidth and display option for correct cable connector.
-UV CONTROL STRIPS: are self-adhesive stickers with a UV sensitive coating. As a test method for process development or quality control, these can be applied to your products and run through your production process. When exposed to UV energy they change through a series of colours which can then be compared against a colour chart relating to an energy level in mJ/cm?. For exact quantitative measurement you can use a spectrophotometer.
